When is your order processed? Orders are processed between Monday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, by a staff member of ThePowerXChange.
How long will this take?
- A product marked as [IMM] in the title will be delivered to you nearly immediately -- as soon as your credit card information is verified.
- A product marked as [ESD] in the title will be posted to our ftp site and you will receive an email notifying you that it is ready for download. This nearly always happens within one day.
- A product marked as [CD-ROM] in the title is a physical shipment. If it is a product we stock, it will ship the same day. If we must order from the manufacturer, the order may take up to five days. We will notify you of the expected delivery date.
Electronic delivery When you order a product with [ESD] in the title, that software is usually delivered on the same day. Depending upon stock, you might experience up to a two-day delay. We will notify you if your product is not expected to be delivered on the same day. |

Why do upgrades take longer? Online upgrade orders are processed manually to confirm upgrade eligibility. For this reason, upgrade orders may require up to five business days. In some cases, we must receive a product that is pre-serialized to your very specific order.
Credit-card fraud If paying by credit card, you must provide the exact billing address of the credit-card statement in the Bill To section of the ordering information. We cannot edit, change, or add to your order information once you have placed the order. We do, however, want to be sure that you get the software you have ordered, so if you have questions, contact us using the information below.
What about the demos? Many manufacturers now create demos that are fully functional for a short period of time. We encourage you to download this demo and get started right away. Your validation code or full product will be delivered as soon as we receive it. |
