Software doesn't do much good if you don't know how to use it or can't find how that one-click feature really works.
One of the best methods to get help fast is to read the manual. We know this isn't always the easiest way to play with new software, but often times, manuals contain all the information you need and many have quick-start sections with tutorials and sample files. Of course, if you run into problems, fill out the Tech Support Request Form and we'll get you any additional help you may need.
The most frequent calls we receive at technical support are installation related. With so many titles produced from so many different manufacturers, it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what goes where. Sometimes a wizard will walk you through the process and other times, you'll have to copy the files manually. The manual is your best bet for solving this, but we're available for additional help.
