With Xdata, customer's invoicing information is a great source of data for form letters.

Attend our workshop and you will learn about Xdata, a QuarkXPress XTensions module. This is not a separate application, but rather add-on features to QuarkXPress. This means that attendees can easily master Xdata in our hands-on lab.
Automatically generate projects like catalogues, directories, financial summaries, tables, form letters, labels, parts lists, schedules, feature charts, and so on, with our instructor by your side.
With instructor interaction, we will show you that Xdata do not place limits on data, and that records and fields can be as many and as long as needed, within the overall limits of the application.
Learn to use Xdata to create multiple, independent dictionary-style headers and footers on each page or spread, and import pictures (of any type supported by the application) into boxes anchored in the text. The instructor will show you how to change the picture, scale it, and position it as easily as you can change the text.
With our help, you will understand how to put your customer’s data into a simple spreadsheet or database application and give it a final polish to ensure that your variable-data printed piece is accurate and as expected. From there, you simply export it in standard comma- or tab-delimited formats and import the file. Xdata does the rest.
