Using ProGreeker, the greek text menu item scrambles selected text. This proprietary technique leaves all the words right where they are on the page but makes them unreadable. This is useful for sending a dummy copy to the client, yet giving a clear picture of how the final piece will look. Once text has been greeked, un-greek it by selecting the text and using the same text-menu item.
