PriceLynx can update prices in a QuarkXPress document efficiently, reading prices from a text-based data file and updating them in the document. There's no need to tediously change prices by hand and risk a typo, when PriceLynx can update prices quickly and easily.With PriceLynx, identify the product identification numbers (SKUs) and prices once. If the SKUs and prices are in a standard form each time, sample one set and PriceLynx can find and identify the rest automatically. PriceLynx can also handle quantity or zone pricing for greater flexibility in catalogues.Once the SKUs and prices have been identified, show PriceLynx the data file where the updated pricing information is contained, and PriceLynx does the rest. It finds each SKU in the document, compares it to the list in the data file, and updates the prices as needed. For more than one version of price sheets, PriceLynx can batch create multiple versions of the catalog in a single step.
