Quite Revealing is an Acrobat Plug-in for Macintosh (including Mac OS X) and Windows designed for prepress professionals, and those producing files for press use.Quite Revealing aims to show information that is otherwise difficult to find about a PDF. Information such as the plates used, exactly where fonts are used, transparency, overprinting, and more.Quite Revealing can also fix some of the more awkward problems that can arise differently named spot plates, unwelcome transfer functions, or ICC profiles that don't belong.Think of Quite Revealing as post preflight. Lots of preflight software will show quickly what documents have problems, Quite Revealing's strengths are in showing where the problems lay, for fixing them, for working around them, or for deciding who is responsible.Manufacturer: Quite Software Ltd.
