In QuarkXPress, ex EPS Creator watches folders to automate EPS generation and embed the required fonts into the newly generated EPS file.ex EPS Creator is a simple process: in the preferences, define EPS suffix, format, size, scale, data, and OPI information and whether or not to preview. Also determine which fonts should or should not be included with the EPS file. For automatic EPS generation use an existing, dedicated computer with QuarkXPress. ex EPS Creator watches the assigned folder as the import folder, or the folder in which the ads (created in QuarkXPress) have been saved. The XTensions module automatically loads the files, creates an EPS, and saves the file to the predefined destination folder for further production.If the XTensions module has a problem generating the EPS, it will then send the file directly to the destination folder for errors. Additionally, various settings can be determined in ex EPS Creator for data and graphic formats as well as OPI.
