The Measurement Filter uses paths as rulers for measurement and can contain several paths. Acquire paths from Photoshop (paths are imported automatically); selections (imported as multiple, editable, closed paths); or new paths (created and edited with a full, Illustrator-like tool set inside the filter).The filter provides measurement-path management to copy and modify paths, delete paths, save paths to a file, or recall saved paths.Features:• measurement window(s) present(s) the data associated with a measurement path;• open as many windows as needed to make a comparative analysis easier;• see the same path data in a different format;• see more than one path data simultaneously;• use the display mode palette to alter any window-display options;• turn on or off RGB, CMYK, and grayscale color channels;• switch between six presentation formats;• select from a choice of units such as pixels (numbers or percentages), inches, square inches, centimeters, or square centimeters;• select computation speed;• measure sampled pixels or actual pixels; and• in layers, view color data only or transparency data only.Click the Resources tab above for related articles and other information on this topic.Manufacturer: Andromeda Software, Inc.
