Now users can utilize the layers in InDesign freely without the risk of getting lost in them. With Layer Groups plug-in, the non-printing attribute can be set to an entire layer -- a feature users are used to having in other applications. The plug-in allows users to group layers in folders, and enables them to choose an entire layer as non-printing within InDesign, previously an option only available on object level basis. Users can now easily include an easily manageable layer for comments or alternate layout/design objects without the risk of having them print. Features Layer Groups name well describes the plug-ins main feature--the possibility to sort layers into folders. The second feature enables you to choose an entire layer as non-printing. This way you can easily have a layer for comments or alternative objects without the risk of getting them accidentally into print. All documents created with the Layer Groups can still be opened and edited without this plug-in. The layer hierarchy will remain the same. Changes made to the layer structure without Layer Groups plug-in will be synchronized with the group structure when opened with Layer Groups plug-in again. Manufacturer: DTP Tools |
