The Batch Collect XTensions module allows QuarkXPress users to gather all elements required to produce or archive an entire group of QuarkXPress documents. This XTensions module works like QuarkXPress's built-in collection feature, but allows the user to work with more than a single document at a time. Select the documents to process using the file-selection dialog, check off the elements to be collected, and click the collect button. An option is provided to create a separate folder for each document, holding only those elements required to produce the individual job. In addition to collect-for-output features, Batch Collect XTensions module also includes a comprehensive reporting option. The report will list all pictures, fonts, and colors used throughout the entire group of documents, and will also provide important status information about those items.
