Creating Code 39 barcodes couldn't be easier. Just use C39Tools to make Code 39 (Code 3 of 9) barcodes from within any Microsoft Windows or Macintosh application. The barcode fonts in C39Tools can be used with a database, spreadsheet, or custom application. It's as easy as simply changing fonts. Code 39 is by far the most popular barcode symbology. It's used for ID, inventory, and tracking. The Code 39 character set includes both letters and numbers, the input string can be of variable length, and the barcode symbol itself can vary widely in height and width. The C39Tools font package includes 27 different Code 39 fonts. Switching between the various fonts enables the user to change the width and density of a barcode without changing its height. C39Tools also includes an OCR-B font for the optional human-readable characters above or below the barcode itself.
